We can deliver to BFPO addresses and deliveries are charged at our stated rates.

Despatch
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (usually the same day) and all deliveries will need to be signed for. In the unlikely event of your product being out of stock we will inform you and advise you of the expected delivery date.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, missing items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

We offer a simple returns policy and conform to distance selling regulations.

Can I return my order?
Yes you can. If you find your order is damaged or faulty it can be returned to us and we will refund the cost of your item in full along with the cost of a first class stamp.

How do I return my item(s)?

We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to return your item(s).  Simply package up your item(s) securely and include your name, address and returns number inside the parcel. Then return it to us at the following address:

Make sure you've included everything in your return parcel as we can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resaleable.

NB  We cannot refund any item(s) returned to us if it has clearly been worn, or if the item packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item cannot be restocked for sale.  Under such circumstances the item(s) will be returned to you.

How long will it take to process my return?

We will try to process your return request within a week of receiving your product (during peak seasons, eg Christmas,  this may take a little longer). You should then receive your refund via cheque within 30 days of us receiving the request.

Can I return any type of product?

There are some items that cannot be returned to us for hygiene reasons.  Have a look at the list below for details:-

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Funpartywear and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.

Please take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession, as any item that is returned, must be received back in it's original shipped condition, with all of it's packaging. The item must be in a suitable condition for resale and undamaged. All original packaging must accompany the item and must not be torn, or in the case of header cards, folded. We cannot accept returns of items opened from a sealed package ( costumes do not generally come in sealed packages and may be tried on ).

We are not a manufacturer so we do not have access to header cards, product bags etc therefore the whole product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as you received it and as you would have expected to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.

Outbound postage and packing costs will not be refunded

Please use Royal Mail recorded delivery to return items as you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until received by us.

Before returning any goods please be certain you have followed the following guidelines.

·        Please send returns to the address on your invoice
·        Include your name, address and order number ideally copy of invoice )
·        Give reason for return
·        State exchange, replacement or refund

We try to make refunds within a week of receipt of product and guarantee to do so within 30 days.

Return of faulty goods
Should a product be faulty please let us know immediately and we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund.
